Expedited Advanced Parts Exchange support is for customers who require system component coverage without onsite support. Expedited Advanced Parts Exchange Service is available to purchase for a single year or multiple years. Parts are shipped within 24-48 hours, and Help Desk Support and problem escalation are also included.
