Aurora’s Design and Management
The Galaxy® Aurora IB is a 4RU RAID Storage SAN Ready Subsystem Appliance with up to 22TB confirmed. Each Aurora supports 24 1TB Seagate Enterprise class SAS drives in field replaceable canisters. Dual 20 Gigabit InfiniBand IO ports provide connectivity to your Post production work station.

Aurora’s Performance
Our innovative software which uses scheduled algorithms and other advance features that prioritize data movement, Aurora is capable of 1700 MB/S even in the event of one or two failed drives. That meets 2K & 4K film production or HD video SAN requirements.
