Galaxy® 3G FamilyThe Galaxy 3G Family is a line of value-based, scalable RAID solutions. The Galaxy 3G, available in 12 and 16 bay chassis, makes increasing your storage capacity simple and easy to manage. By adding 16 bay SAS/SATA JBODs, the 3G can scale up to 80 hard drives under a single RAID head. 3G is available in Fibre Channel and SAS host interfaces, and supports the latest SAS and SATA hard drives. |

The Galaxy 3G RAID is available as a single or dual controller with cache upgrade options up to 2GB per controller. With Rorke AV firmware, the 3G can be tuned to double your write performance. Galaxy 3G is compatible with Rorke and Apple SAN environments, as well as other SAN management software and OS platforms.
